Different for me

This CHRISTmas is so much different for me. Last year, I just COULD NOT get into the joyous CHRISTmas spirit. I don't know why or anything. This year is a totally different story. I can't wait til I get my CHRISTmas tree up, put up a Nativity (hopefully~ I don't have one, so I gotta go get one) and put on the smells of CHRISTmas. My parents are coming up from Ga to celebrate with us this year.

Ross had to go to the hospital on Mon. He had to put on a blue gown and it swallowed him whole. I took pictures to make him feel better and he loved the "blue blob" (as I called him) pictures. I'll put them up when I can. He's so proud of them.

Mark is REALLY testing my patience. I'm at my wits end with him. I'm still hoping it's just a very long phase he's going thru.

Not much school left. I have one test left in Criminal Justice (by the way~ I made a 96 on my last test; out of a possible 99. SOOO happy!!) and 3 classes and one test left of Forensic Psychology. I enjoy Psychology. I'm thinking of taking World Religions and Astronomy next semester. I still haven't decided yet (need to get on the ball tho :))

This year, as you are out and about, if anyone says Happy Holidays to you, make a point of saying Merry CHRISTmas. He really is the Reason for the Season. We put too much commercialism and materialism to this time of year and we need to remember what this time is all out.

I challenge everyone that reads this to do ONE thing for someone this CHRISTmas season, not for the reason of getting something out of it, but to show love. It could be just helping someone put a grocery bag in their car. It could be just going to see someone in a nursing home, that doesn't have family around. It could be just showing a BIG smile and saying "God loves you" to someone looking down in the dumps. It may be the ONLY/FIRST time that person has felt love. Let God's love show this year.

Write ya later.
